I bought this card at a cashier in the Bronx,NY. I tried to use the ATM to get money and i couldn't, called the company and they asked me to send a fax with my NY state ID, Social Security Card and a prove of address... After doing all this i called back the next day (today) and now they are asking me questions that i cant answer, for example: what is the closer street to Timpson Pl? I HAVE NEVER LEAVED IN TIMPSON PL< I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE IS THIS STREET.
According to them they can not activate my account unless i answer the question, I am really looking forward to stop this company of doing this to someone else for a lot more money.
