says i won lottery for 250,000.oo in Lodon England says i should call 011-44-798-224-6893 talk to Pete Buckfield or Angela Morrison letter is signed by Abigal Connell the only lottery I buy is our local state lottery the letter says not to tell anyone for security protection it also mentions a clearance fee but not the amountbut they will send certified check when that is cleared minus the taxes This sounds like a scam to me
