When we got the service in January this year, they told us that we would be charged about $45 to start and then three months later and for the next two years around $55. In May they sent us the bill for more than $60, and July 2011 is the 6th month and they are already charging us more than $70. Every time we call to ask where those charges come from they give us the same explanation, "they are charging for the DVR." So we stopped asking them where all the charges come from since it is impossible to refute them since they get angry, and instead we decided to inquire how much is the bill going to keep growing. At the end they told us that in January next year we will have to pay over $100 for the service until the end of the two year contract, and if we decide to cancel it before, we would be charged $20 for every month left until the end. We are very upset and frustrated with this company. We feel we have been deceived by them and abused. We would like to find a way to get out of the contract without having to pay them any penalties for that.
