Complaint 90517 Details

I received a called from a Officer Kevin Peterson (he had a very heavy foreign accent), first on my cell phone and then again at work about a month ago. The person told me to return the call at 707-897-3034. I didn't pay it any attention because I figured it was something weird. Well then I received another phone call today from 303-351-4864 from a Officer Justin ?? The person has a VERY heavy accent and is VERY hard to understand, but he went on to say I had a legal suit filed against me for not paying a PayDay loan back (I have never taken a payday loan of any kind) and he had all my personal information, including where I bank, my SS#, my CDL#.....the person eventually hung up on me after I advised him I was contacting the local police dept. I called 303-351-4864 bank and that's when the gentlemen (again with a heavy foreign accent) answered and said they were looking to speak to me. I again advised I would b contacting the police dept and he hung up........SCAM SCAM SCAM
