I have used movieSwagger.com for many purchases! Also have known Tina Kurz for quite some time before her websites along with Happybuddhabelly.com
I made a purchase on 3/6/12 and they will not return my calls or emails or anything I've got a few email addys for her and different numbers. She scammed me out of $542.00 How is this legal!!!!!! I reported her to BBB and Filed a claim with her Web Page host "iPage" so after enough complaints they will at least shut the site down! I'd love to fly over there to kick her (Inappropriate Contnent Removed) but a one way ticket is probably around the same amount as what I'm out right now!

- Hi, I know how you feel.. I was scammed out of my $810. I sent in the payment on February 21, 2012 and noticed that she signed the package. Like you, I am a previous customer and this is the first time something like this has happened. She is usually quick to respond to all my emails. I didn't give up my search until I found an answer. Early March, I came across upcoming court dates for the District of Hawaii. Guess who's name was on that list? Yes, Tina Kurz. The short description provided said, "A & P to the Indictment." Her lawyer is Michael Jay Green and that is as much as I know. If you find out anything else, please please please let me know. Greatly appreciate it, thanks.

I lost $895 this way too! I have been ordering from her for years with cash with no issues, even in December and January we did cash orders, not sure why all of the sudden there are issues.... the court case info I found is:

To anyone who want some answers. give me a an email. I live in Hawaii and used to buy from her in person so I had the chance to actually meet her, and then she suddenly disappeared one day in mid Feb. Especially you big buyers that lost out on alot, lets chat.

- I sent her $270 with certified mail on Feb. 16th, looks like she is in a lot of trouble, but I hope I can still get my money back. :(

- Guess what, got a letter today from Homeland Security saying my package was detained in an investigation in which counterfeit Starbucks and AMC Theatre coupons/tickets were offered for sale on the internet and through mail order. It says that receipt of the letter does not indicate that I am subject to federal investigation or criminal penalties but that in general it is a crime if I knew it was happening. it says for more info visit ice.gov or ipcenter.gov - hope this clears a few things up in peoples minds as to why she is in jail....

- Where all of her tickets she sold all of us counterfeit? They looked like the real deal and I never had a problem using them. Was she printing them herself or getting someone to do them? It's been so long I don't have any left to take a better look at them

- I'm in the same boat, so i can't look either, although i notice that now when i use the vouchers from Costco that the are checking them before taking them, so it must have been a big operation... The nice thing is that my cash was returned in the envelope... So keep your eyes open, hope others will be this fortunate ...
