Like others I applied to get the free trial and paid for P&P, never received goods, went get monies out of my account today only to find £69.95 taken out of my account, (I assume $90) called my bank nothing I can do at moment because I gave my account details voluntarily, I have to wait 14 days from today before i can take it further with the bank if no satisfaction, on my statement was BIOUK tel No: 0845 528 0540
This takes you through to a call agent in the states, explained that I have not received the goods and very annoyed that monies taken out of my account without my knowledge.
Because apparently there is a 30 day guarantee and I have not received the goods I was given a cancellation number and advised that my monies would be returned to my account within 30days.
That does not help me at the moment because I'm £69.95 short
