I ordered two free samples for the cost of post and packing. I have received nothing, but have had by credit card account debited twice for the sums of £74.95 and £79.99. I have cancelled my card, but have received quite complex instuctions from the card company before I can claim a refund. They want me first to send them a copy of the emails I have sent cancelling any alleged agreement with this company but all attempts to do so have failed. They just keep bouncing back. I am furious, particularly since I have received nothing at all fior my hard earned cash.
