Complaint 9010 Details

I was left a message on 07/22/2011 at approx 4:21pm by David Rhodes that I had been approved for a $5000.00 loan. Mr Rhoades faxed me the contract and I asked questions about the money ($796.00) that he wanted me to send. I was told everything was approved and the money would be deposited into my account the following morning. The next morning there was a message from a Jason Morris (Senior Credit Manager) that my loan had been reevaluated and that I would need to send another $730.00 + $66.00 to the lender and that the first 12 payments on loan would be taken care of and the first payment would be 08/01/2012. Now I'm being told that I still have to pay the loan off even though I have not received a loan. I was told on Monday evening when the rest of the money was sent, the $5000.00 would be deposited into my account the following day before noon. Guess what? Have not seen the deposit and I can not get anyone from Northgate Financial to take my calls, so I guess I'm am out all this money. I sent in good faith my rent money, car payment, cell phone bill, and grocery money to this company. All I want is my money back, I am also going to fill charges on these 2 individuals and their CEO (Richard Parker) with the FBI for fraud. Barbara Ross
