I received an interesting E-mail from a customer in Belarus asking if they could become a distributor for our products. After weeks of E-mailing back and forth the customer was ready to place the order. The final amount was sent to the customer for payment on the product that they wished to order. After that I received an E-mail asking if I could debit the Master Card for the freight charges. The customer informed me that the freight company was having problems with their credit card machine. I was instructed to take out an additional amount of money and then send the money to the freight company and an additional $100.00 for compensation and transfer fees. I was told that the freight company was in Kentucky and they would contact me soon. About 10 days ago I received an E-mail with the Master Card numbers in it. Yes, card numbers, not one but two Master cards to split the charges. Also, in the that E-mail was the information on the Freight Company, not in Kentucky but in Barcelona Spain. I have to say I'm glad that I drug my feet on this order. I never had the chance to sent out the order before reading the scam that was posted here by another person. Please any one with a small business, do the research on these companies before sending your products. I'm glad that I googled the company again this morning and found the scam posting. I'm sorry that they were the ones that were taken advantage of.
