In February I ordered a vehicle report from this company for a car I was selling. I was charged $2.95 for the report and never saw nor agreed to signing up for an account with recurring charges of $29.95 per month. In Feb I was charged an additional $29.95 and another on March 13.

I contacted my credit card company and they promptly reversed the charge for March. I asked if they could block the merchant from making any future charges, but they said they could not guarantee that action. Instead they offered a conference call to the company to resolve the issue.

We got in touch with them and I was told that I never canceled my 3 day trial subscription and would continue to be charged the $29.95 until I canceled. The customer service rep spoke very poor English and asked what I would like for them to do and I said "CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION". I went on to tell them they never contacted me via phone or e-mail (which they had both) to confirm anything.....the initial $2.95 purchase or enrollment in their "program". I also let them know that when I Goggled "CAR REPORT SALT LAKE CITY" the majority of the hits I got were for scams.

I had a heck of a time trying to find contact information for this company but my CC company gave me a number of 866-610-0654. If you have been duped by these people, contact your CC Company and let them help you to get it resolved. Although the car report people said they would not refund my $29.95 for March, my CC company still reversed the charge and credited me back.

Hopefully this information will help someone else in the future. Do not do business with this unscrupulous company!!!
