Ordered on-line a clock and the funds were taken from my Checking account the very next day. Everytime I checked my on-line order, it said it was completed but gave no UPS tracking numbers. Tried calling the number given on-line 5 days in a row - kept getting a VM telling me that they were not taking calls, or they would be taking them in 3 hours, or that they were closed. Sent numerous e-mails - no response. When I tried 5 days later to get onto my on-line account again, they had changed my password so that I could not get on. Today I have no clock and they have my money.
