I completed an online application as requested and the next thing I know there is $30.00 deducted from my checking account. Upon discovering this,I immediately called Payment proctection and cancelled this membership and they informed me that my $30.00 would be refunded to my account,but,might take up to 2 weeks.It is now aug 4 and still no refund. I have called the number of 866 233 8422 and each time speak with someone different and get nothinig but he run around. It is a glitch in the system, they have escalated the matter to a higher level and I am on the priority list. I have gotten the number for the higher level and finally an email again stating this is being looked into and I should have my refund in 3-7 days. That was two weeks ago. I finally spoke to Mike at 888 897 8045 the alleged manager and he was going to personally look into this on aug 2 and get back to me. I called him on aug 3 and again today aug 4 and left a message for an update andhve heard nothing from him!
At this time,i also tried to send a email to the [email protected] and it gets bounced back!

Yes, I have been scammed and I want my $30.00 refunded!
