International boundaries

on 21/1/2012 I emailed internetpay.co in reply to advertisement in newspaper.
time 2.10pm. Received automated response. Loged into members.internetpayday.co for more information charged $9.97. Decided against continuing and at 2.28pm wrote "Please withdraw my application. Thank you." On January 27 was charged $65.99 USD. (Don't recall what this was for)
Paid this amount to my visa $75.96 USD ($95.24NZ). Since I had withdrawn I thought that this would be the last I would hear of this.

On 27 February I was charged a further $65.99USD on my visa account. I have not received any goods or correspondence from this company and would like this matter looked into.
