I cant believe I fell for this.

Company contacted me after several tries and after I translated my email into Chinese for them to cancel the transaction.
Will talk to the banker tomorrow and see what we can do.

Payment method requires only credit card/debit card information and it is QUICK to withdraw money.
Refund is said to take '20 days' but that's too long to process a refund.
