I ordered a free trial&paid for postage at beginning of Feb and then they took the above money out at the end of Feb without my authorisation. I have been onto my bank and they said I need evidence of trying to cancel payment. I have emailed the company and rang the number but the operator said they didn't do free trials and gave me another number which wasn't in service. This is so annoying.
