I ordered several nail decal items from this website. After 3 weeks, I contacted customer service by email to inquire about status, but got a very rude response telling me that I should say "please." I inquired again, including a PLEASE and was ignored. I never received my items and contacted them many times but was ignored. I did not get my money back because I paid via debit card and my bank told me to work it out directly with the vendor. This vendor continued to ignore me and pocketed my money without sending me the items purchased. It has been over a year and I just learned about this website.
