i got papers saying i could get a loan for 10,000.I was to make payment of 544.98 for colletral.They told me [leah hamilton] told me to make 2 payments of 272.49which was the 544.98.I done that then the guy that took leahs place told me i had to make 1 more payment for 363.32 and that i would get my money a hr later,I done that to day paid a total of 908.30and the guy told me i had to make another payment of 393.32.He said i can get a refund but that takes 30days.By time i wait 30 days im going to loose everything i got.DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR A LOAN.THER ARE A SCAM

Rhonda, I am sorry you were scammed. My niece was scammed by this company as well back in January. Please PLEASE report them to the Florida BBB (orlando). We reported them and they now have an "F" rating because of our complaint. She was told the same thing you were, that it takes 30 days to process a refund. She has never gotten one. We reported them to the Florida Attorney Generals office as well. Here is what they told us:If your transaction originated over the Internet, I suggest that you can contact the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which is a combined effort of the National White Collar Crime Center and the FBI to combat Internet
fraud. You may reach this office by telephone at (800) 251-7581, or you may visit that agency's website at:http://www.ic3.gov. Please report them everywhere you can! The BBB has all kinds of warnings out there regarding Advance Fee Loan Scams, which this is. So sorry to hear of your loss of $$$. I told my niece the same thing I'm going to tell you, if it sounds to good to be true, than it probably is. No lending company loans THOUSANDS of dollars to those of us with bad credit. It just doesn't happen.
