I took advantage of an offer thru Groupon to receive a "designer perfume" for shipping charges of $5.99. When I received the perfume, it was clearly NOT a designer perfume but I figured for $5.99 I would not complain. $5.99 was deducted from my checking account on 1/27/12. Then on 2/10/12 $95.00 was deducted from my checking account from the same company but I did not realize this right away as I only check my balance a couple of times a month. I then received another package from Fond Scent and did not open it as I knew it was most likely another "designer perfume". I checked my account & was hit with a deduct of $49.99 on 3/12/12. I contacted them, told them I wanted to return both bottles of perfume & was told no because I agreed to their terms & conditions that state you have 14 days to try the product. If you don't respond within 14 days, including shipping & transit time, you will be charged $95.00 for the perfume & enrolled in their autoship program & billed $49.99 every 30 days. I told them their perfumes are not as advertised. The bottles are cheap glass & plastic. The silver plastic attached to the bottle is coming off & the lid has literally fallen apart. The scent itself does not last more than an hour or two. This is clearly not the high end designer perfume they made it out to be. Thank You, DeAnn Grady

Update: 03/16/2012

Fond Scent refunded $144.99 to my bank account. They had my debit card on file so I had my bank delete the card. YEAH!!
