    • BidRack Complaint / User Submitted Image #8669

I received a phony e-mail that used my daughter's e-mail address,
(later I found out that it was not mailed to me by my daughter) asking me to bid on an ipad at an unusually low price at bidrack.com.
I knew that she wanted one so I went to the site and paid $60. to try and win her one. I played the game and immediately saw that it was unwinnable. Their advertising said you could ask for your money back with 24 hours and of course I did. I never heard back from them.
The following month when I received my credit card bill I saw that bidrack charged me the $60. as well as an additional $99. I was outraged!
I called Bidrack 4 times over the following 4 weeks. They gave me a claim# and each time they said they would get back to me within 48 hours but never did. On my 4th call I was told a Supervisor would call me, but that never happened either. Now their telephones are not picking up, the message says no longer in service.
Can anyone give me their address? I want to file a complaint with the National Better Business Bureau....
This is outrageous, how can they get away with this?
