I checked my bank statement to balance out my check book and I see where this company took out $30.00 from my account. The check number is 9999 and In the memo line it states "Payday loan enrollment- (866) 789-7311". I called the number and was advise that this is an enrollment fee. When I advised them to put the money back, I was told I was preapproved for the loan. I did get them to refund the pymt.

- I had the same thing happen to me today and it was dated for 3/8/12. He stated that it will take 10-15 business days. I was highly upset because it was someone else name with my acct info
