The quality of the so called "Jimmy Choo" shoes I have received is absolutely unacceptable. It has nothing to do with the quality products of the Jimmy Choo brand. The shoes that have been delivered are not made of the right material (it is definitely not leather!!), do not have the right colour or right print. The parts of the shoe are badly glued together so that traces of glue are visible everywhere. The quality and the colour of the heel cap do not even match the shoe colour. No need to say that it couldn't be more obvious that I have received a poorly made fake of Jimmy Choo product.

First they wouldn't even give me the return address so that I could send them the shoes. When they finally did I sent back the shoes and saw via online tracking that the delivery hasn't been accepted. After tonns of emails back and forth, they now claim that they have refunded my money but it has been almost a week and it is still not on my account. I will save no time to break these criminals and make their "business" go bust.
