I ordered one (1) punch, in December 2011. After a month, I canceled the order. On 2/24/2012, our bank was charged $91.50. We contacted the bank and told them that we did not authorize this charge. Also called Roto Punch and they would not acknowledge our calls. The following day, we received a package from Roto Punch, which we sent back immediately. On March 6th, we received three (3) boxes, two Roto Punches in each box, total of six (6). I called Roto Punch and they said that I had to pay to ship them back. I also told them that I did not order these and didn't want them but refused to pay shipping to return. As far as I am concerened, since I did not order them, they are a gift from Roto Punch. Now we will wait and see what they have to say about that. The card has been canceled so they can not recharge our account.
