I purchased a laptop for my daughter for Christmas since her birthday is in January I looked online for Microsoft Student expecting to pay at least $100, then I saw this add with the Microsoft Logo stating Microsoft Office Professional 2010 (3 Activations) for $99. I knew this was a wonderful deal, a lot of sales going on since it was so close to Christmas. So I purchased the package, and I waited, and I waited, I called, the message always said to send and email they were busy you can leave a message, I did this several times a day, as well as calling the phone number listed on my Bank Statement. I was very upset and beginning to really think this was a scam so this email was sent.

This was the response and notice the Name of the company on the Header

2. Once you have downloaded the software, your software will be provided with the setup/installation file. Please Run the file. During the installation you will be prompted to enter your product activation code below:

3. Once you have received a green check mark, the program will continue and automatically close.

4. Now you will REOPEN one of the programs for example Microsoft Office Word.

5. You will see a screen to fully activation your software with Microsoft. You will have two choices for activation: Activate by Internet or Activate by phone).

6. First try the activation process by internet, if your product fails to activate by internet, use the phone activation. (The phone activation will never fail to successfully activate your software). When using the telephone method, you will be asked to enter the number of times that the product key has been activated, please make sure to press 1.

7. Congratulations, your software is successfully activated and ready for use.

I noticed they forwarded a message that was dated for the 12th I did not recall receiving a message, however I was looking for PROLOGISTIC not "From: Proloistic Industries <[email protected]" Software would not load made it as far as step four but when I attempted the internet installation that was suggested and it was unsuccessful, then I chose telephone. Provided area I lived in for the toll free #. Went through automated system, when I came to the product key it said it was invalid. So another email was sent, numerous calls made to the toll free # they indicated was support, no response. I went on vacation and was gone Jan 30 - Feb 3rd. I started leaving messages and sending emails since Feb. The last message I left I indicated I wanted this situation resolved, my money completely refunded and if this did not occur I would dispute the charge to my bank, forward the company information to Better Business Bureau, and reporting the company to Microsoft for counterfeit product keys. Still no response and no software, however they processed the $99 before I was sent anything. This is where it stands I am planning to contact my bank 3/12 since this last message was left one to two weeks ago. I am very upset regarding this entire situation.
