This product is a fake. It is impossible to install. I spent oveer 24 hours "chatting" with the tope ten percent of there servicepeople. I have st least six top tenpercenters (Is that possible) ?? I at first culd not call out and then could not receive incomming calls. I spent over 6 hours trying to get this thing to work. I received no less that seven "reasons" why it would not work. It was my present companie sfault, my computer, etc etc. Finally they ssid was in the engineers hands ???? Who are they?? the easy installation is a JOKE
