June 15: received pamphlet in mail regarding "Firestorm" program. June 18: sent money order for "Firestorm" program. July 12: received second pamphlet in mail from same company to buy another program. July 13: sent letter to company demanding reimbursement of purchase price or render materials already paid for by August 1st. Today: still waiting for response and/or materials. Not a happy camper. :(
