ON MARCH 5, 2012 I FOUND A BREEDER ON PUPPYFIND.COM THAT STATED HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY BLOODHOUND PUPPIES WHICH IS WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT HE KNEW OF A GUY WHO HAD BOUGHT A PUP OFF OF HIM AND HE HAD GOT POSTED ON A MISSION, HE IS OR SUPPOSEDLY IS A MISSIONARY AND HE WAS SENT TO AFRICA AND HE FELT HE COULD NOT PROPERLY TAKE CARE OF THE PUP SO HE WAS WANTING TO PUT HER UP FOR ADOPTION SO WE EMAILED FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND I SENT THE PAYMENT OF 350.00 FOR ALL HE WANTED WAS MONEY FOR HER AIRFARE FROM NIGERIA AND THE DAY SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SHIPPED TO THE UNITED STATES I RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM A SHIPPING COMPANY STATING THEY NEEDED ANOTHER 400.00 FOR A FLIGHT INSURANCE FEE BEFORE SHE COULD BE SHIPPED. AND FROM THAT POINT ON I NEVER RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL FROM THE MAN I HAD BEEN EMAILING HE COMPLETELY STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS.

- I had the same exact thing happen to me through puppyfind.com who got me hooked up with this Rev Perkins Ricardo but I was supposedly purchasing a purebred Newfoundland puppy named Jasmine. I sent the 350.00 for the puppy and then received the email about the shipping company needing 400.00 for insurance that would be fully refunded to me when I picked the puppy up from the airport. After I sent that amount I received another email that was requesting 350.00 to customs in Mexico where the puppy was being held until that fee would be paid and then sent on to the airport I was to pick her up at. Needless to say I have sent no more money and began my own investigation on this Rev Perkins Ricardo.
