I ordered trial of perfect radiance serum face cream and eye cream I was told I would pay only postage costs of just under three pounds each item .ihave only received one sample of the serum but they have taken two hundred pounds from my bank account. I am from the u.k .ican not afford to lose this amount of money.ihave spoken twice to advisors on the telephone to no avail .please can you help
