Complaint 84915 Details

When I reviewed my bank statements last October I was perplexed to see a debit of USD74.95 to an entity called International Streampremium.com. I have no knowledge of how this scam worked as I have not been able to trace any email communication from the company concerned, no membership no., no user id/password or the like, nor has it ever provided me with any service. I have no recollection whatsoever of having visited its site - or, like some other complainants, having signed up for a three-day trial period. At present it seems my only course of action is to ensure that my bank is aware of the scam and blocks any future payments to it. I have no knowledge of a "subscription" that I can cancel - and given the number and nature of the other complaints, it is clearly futile to attempt to recover money from what appears to be a criminal enterprise.
