I wanted to try the trial and they did not send it when they said that they would.
I then cancelled my subscription and they acknowledged receipt of the email.
Imagine my shock when I saw that my cc had been charged $92.11!!
When I called to inform them and ask why my cc was charged I was told that most people order the "sister product."
I then contacted the BBB in Utah and placed an official complaint that this company is only interested in charging peoples cc's and not delivering the product.

- I never did get my cc refunded even though they said if I returned the product that they would. Not only are they thieves but they are liars too!!
