I received an order confirmation from UggRepair.com. They sent me the packing slip to send my Ugg shoe back for repair. I sent the Ugg to them along with a $75.00 check. After months went by, I called the number & was told that my Ugg was fixed & was being shipped the next day. I didn't receive it so called the number again; it is now out of service. I emailed them several times & keep getting a reply from a Production Manager that he's checking on things. Their website is Closed.
