I went to this site after an ad appeared on my facebook page. I was entering my information for the "free registration", when all of a sudden my credit card was charged $99. I never even got to chose which ''bid-package" I wanted. I tried to hit cancel or get off the page...to no avail. I immediately called customer service. After being on hold for 30 mins., "Steven" told me he was only authorized to refund me $49. I asked him to get me someone who was authorized to refund me the entire $99 as there is a flaw with their website, and my card was charged in error. "Mark Gomez" got on the phone, and tried his best to get me to accept my fate. I refused, and got to the stage of demanding they refund me the full amount, as I never authorized, or chose that option. I also asked for a copy of the "recorded" phone call to be e-mailed me as I would be seeking further action against this fraudulant site. he refused. Said he could refund me $74.25 and that was it. I have since contacted the Florida attorney general, the BBB, my credit card company, posted the complaint on every related website and contacted facebook, who first led me to this site.

  • The friendly agents did not resolve my issue. They would not refund me the entire amount. I had to file with the BBB, the Florida Attny general and file a dispute with my credit card company. The customer service people need to say they are sorry there was a misunderstanding with their flawed website and refund the upset customer the entire amount when they call. Not keep them on hold for 30 minutes, and then give them a scripted response. Just do what's right and refund the money.
