As any woman I was trying to lose weight and found the website for Nuvoryn. It looked very professional and they had a lot of testimonials of
different people that lost weight. They even promise you a 100% refund on orders not received or if you are not satisfied with the product you can send
the un-used pills back for a refund.

I paid on 13 February 2012 an amount of R974.13 paying for 2 bottles and get 1 for free, per credit card online. They send the order number as 2220001445 per e-mail and confirmed that it has been dispatched on the 13th.

I send a few e-mails afterwards asking the status of my order or whether they can provide me with a tracking number. Every time they will respond with the electronic mail that says the following:

And then I saw on the web that Nuvoryn was banned in South Africa and will be destroyed at customs.


I then phoned on 5 March the number:

I asked them for a refund on Monday 5 March 2012. The person that answered the phone took my details and said that one of the consultants will phone me or they will e-mail me to tell me the next step in the
procedure to get a refund. I am now waiting them to contact me…..hoping that maybe they will give me my money back.
In total I have already send 11 e-mails regarding my order and money back.

PLEASE help me to get my money back!!!!
