I did nothing to authorize this charge yet it appeared on my July Bank Statement. I have tried to call their phone number which is 1-866-907-9689 but all I get is that their office is currently closed and to call back during regular office hours I have called during regular office hours several times but still get the same response. I have been ripped off by these people and want my money back.
