Brotherhood Master Councilor Druwydion Pendragon, more commonly referred to as "Dru," claims to be in charge of a esoteric order, called "The Brotherhood of Satan," which I will abbreviate as "BOS" hereafter. I was attracted to this particular order because "Dru" claimed to be throwing a five day Samhain (Halloween) festival, which would be filled with several events, a few of which appealed to me greatly. Afer I contacted him, he claimed that he would expedite the membership process for me so that I could attend the festival. This spiked my anticipation.

Many esoteric orders have applcations online that ask various questions about one's personal goals and Magikal attainments--the "BOS" was no different. Like most esoteric orders found online, one must certify that he or she is not a felon, informed that there is a background investigation of sorts and then, is asked to submit a copy of state/federal, identification.

After I paid the membership fee of $120.00, I waited to receive my membership packet, which I did receive, albeit a little later than promised. It contained a membership certificate, a set of by-laws, two bumper stickers and a pendant. I inquired about the festival and paid the $130.00 and was told the location for the event would be Columbus, OH. Two days befoer the event, I found out second hand that it had been cancelled. I had no idea why, but before I inquired about my money, I was told that those who paid would just be able to attend the Spring festival, and have their admission fes carried over to that event. I informed "Dru" that I had no interest in attending the festival and that I wanted my money back. I received a phone message from him, and he was livid and told me that I was risking my membership by demanding a refund. His next message stated that if I was going to get a refund, it would not happen until January at the earliest and that he and his order had just concluded a massive destruction ritual, and that I should keep it quiet. I interpreted that as some silly off-hand threat, saying if I pursue this, I would be a victim of their "demons," which are "quite powerful," according to him.

Over the next week, I convinced "Dru" to refund me money and he told me that he would. In fact, as time went on, he told me week claimed that he wanted to send me my money, but that a super-secret council of 9 had to meet, deliberate and dermine if the refund should be issued. After two more weeks, I was informed that this supposed Illuminati Council had issued its finding and that the refund was on its way. Things just got sillier and sillier, until he just stopped responding. I informed a friend that presents an Internet-based radio and who has also interviewed him--she said she would look into it. She did and "Dru" told her that I didn't read the fine print and that the fee was actually a non-refundable CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION! The "Brotherhood of Satan" is not a registered charity. There was no "fine print" and I have all the communications, web pages, contact information and photos pertaining to this situation. Now that I have had a while to investigate "Dru," and his claims, I can safely say that he is a con-man for sure and that his claims border on lunacy. Several people have been duped by "dru" and there is even a Facebook page dedicated to exposing this charlatan for what he is--a complete fraud, liar and theif!

The bottom line is the his personage is a bogus as his order--it is all one big scam, complete with pictures on Facebook, a web site and load of outrageouly silly claims that make me embarrased for being scammed by such a person. They obviously thought this through and did a better job than most scam artists in presenting this to the public as "legitimate." It is obvious to me now that "Dru" is not an educated man, but he has social skills of a typical con-man characteristics--he's personable, and he's convincing, but he's not who he says he is and does not do anything he says he does. He claims to have a bloodline that goes right back to ancient Gaul...and Sicily....and Ireland, depending on the ethnicity of the last name of the person with whom he happens to be communicating. It is obvious now that the BOS is a scam and a front for identity theft, in addition to monetary theft. Don't be duped like I was.
