I ordered a trial supply of a supplement from Triverex. Before the trial period ended, I responded via an email link from Triverex to cancel any future orders. 3 or 4 days later, my email was returned. I called the company and spoke with someone, told them to cancel any orders I had and confirmed with them that no new orders had shipped nor had I been charged for any additional orders. 2 days later I see a charge on my Suntrust check card. I call Triverex and was told that the order had shipped and to return it for a refund. A week later I called back and told them I had not received it and they said to call back in 2 days and they would have a tracking number. I called back and was told to call back later. On my 4 or 5th call, I was told there was no tracking number and I would need to sign an affidavit stating I did not receive the order. THen they had the balls to charge my account the following month. These guys are CROOKS and the product does nothing.
