I replied to advertisement on internet for free samples of revitaderm and perfect radiance as advert suggested both products were required to achieve best results. Payments of £2.95 and £2.97 taken out of my account for delivery costs on 2 January 2012 and further payments of £74.95 and £79.99 on 28 January 2012. At the time of ordering these items online I did not see the terms and conditions which were hidden in a pop up therefore did not know of the cancellation time scale until at a later date when I went into another site of this companys whereby I cancelled and was advised I had missed the deadline for cancellation. I find this very misleading when the terms and conditions are hidden and the company is advertising under false pretence and deceiving people into obtaining money as these products are not free samples.
