was to;d specifically that my bank account would not be debited until and only IF i chose a loan through them.... the next day they took out 79.95 pounds and i made an immediate complaint....apologies were offered, refund was promised IMMEDIATELY, all I had to do was e-mail a reply and quote a reference number they had sent me ...I did this immediately...3 months later they still have not refunded me, will do so only by cheque, after deducting a 5.00 pound fee for ripping me off. subsequent calls have received blantant lies and false promises, and even total disinterest....the company is shameful in their abuse of those who are at a time of need in their lives....disgusting
