1. Good Elves Housekeeping- Houston, TX
The Groupon was for four hours of house cleaning services for $60, seems like a good deal... I'll bite.
When I tried contacting them two months after the Groupon purchase (adequate cooling-off time from the initial groupon redemption) their phone lined just beeped. Tried again about a week later, same thing. Tried two weeks later finally got someone to pick up, but they asked me to email them the size of my home, requested cleaning date, rooms, etc. I did so, two weeks no answer. Tried emailing with a follow up, no answer.
Called them again, they picked up told me they are too busy to answer emails, try again and they would TRY to get back to me. UMMM... okay.
Email them the third request with a new cleaning date, still no answer.

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Googled the company after this groupon and come to find almost EVERYONE has had this happen to them who purchased the GROUPON.

Story #2- SWAMP WINE

Purchased a GROUPON from Wineinsiders for $75.00 worth of wine for only $25.00. I love wine, good deal. WRONG again. After purchasing this Groupon I went to check out the company, well more popped up about their swamp wine then the company website. People reportedly said it was so bad they had to dump the wine down the drain, that it tasted like a swampy musty river water then it did wine.

Ohh goodie can't wait for my wine to be delivered.

I am just sick of Groupon taking the benefit and endorsing companies that are frauds. When I have contacted Groupon (over 3 times) no response. Thanks for standing behind your bogus warranty.

I don't know what difference it will make but you have lost one customer, and I will make sure that I alert my friends of your dishonesty and cheap-money making trickery.
