I purchased a mobile phone, an LG Optimus-V, about 3 or 4 months ago, I am now on my 3rd phone and it is defective also. I asked Virgin to let me upgrade to another phone and they said that I couldn't do that without buying a new phone. I told them that I would be glad to pay the difference between the one I have now and the price of the upgrade, which would be about $50.00, and they said that they couldn't do that. The phone is still in warranty and still they refused to make it good, I told them that the phones are defective and still they refused.

- Same here. Try 6 replacements on the Samsung Intercept in a year. The last one couldn't even be activated, because the MEID number wasn't in the computer system. I'm filing a complaint. Maybe we should start a class action law suit against them.
