I have recently re-financed my home through Quicken and have received many "I can help you save thousands of $$ in interest. I didn't find anything online to alert me to this Loan Payment scam. I went through the entire process to set up a by-weekly payment plan, but decided I didn't want the program, as something was not right. I signed the x, then asked to cancel, that's when I got the pressure trying to tell me I'd already agreed and would have to go to another department. Another person came on (Katie) they could work it out. I kept saying, NO, I don't want this program, so she offered to remove the $900 fee, that would be paid in 6 months, nothing about it before this time. So I closed my bank account for my mortgage payment and tried to call about the cancellation, nothing... no response . Couldn't find a working number and called Quicken, who said they were not associated with SCAM co and did more searching finding your site. I am concerned they have way too much information and can use my data illegally.
