Ordered free trials on two products and returned them in three days. Dermal Meds does not honor their contract to return their free trial products in 15 days. Dermal Meds refused to cancel continuous billing of our bank account. One account is settled with one product. There other is unresolved. The company uses fraudulent advertising and extremely small print disclaimers at the bottom of the page. Most Senior citizens are not able to read print like this. Younger people disregard it.

This product pushes Vivexin & Kollagen Intensiv. When I purchased this product, the same advertisement appeared, but the product was Procelix.
The advertisement targets the city you live in as having discovered their product such as mine, Louisville, KY. The same person in Louisville cannot logically invent all of their products! Dermal Meds uses the same webpage advertisement and typically substitutes the products they wish to sell. This makes their products invalid. They are advertised on many sites including Amazon.com. The company is based in Canada.

The person I spoke with on Dermal Meds, "Revitalizing Face Serum" refused to give my husband a confirmation # and contract cancellation, even though the product was returned in three days. There is still no notification of cancellation to date, although their products were returned in 4 days.

Recommend: Use Legitimate businesses & people who know how to use "Principles and Ethics" in business. Do not do business with Dermal Meds based in Canada. They have software to hit the top of search engines and have found a legitimate legal way to financially harm and stress ordinary consumers using the web for purchase orders.
This is the other webpage used for Dermal Meds products. After this is posted, I am sure the websites will change. Amazon refused to address my complaint because I didn't properly address the issue properly.
