I bought their trial cream for £5.95 each and distinctly ticked the box to say that I didnt want any more cream / products from them especially when I saw the price. They deducted on 31st January £79.99 and £74.95, then the same again on 28th February. I havent received the product, but when I rang they said it must be in holding at the customs. They were not prepared to refund any monies, but they say that they have cancelled my account. When I said they should make it clear in their advert they said you should read the terms and conditions, which I did and ticked the box to say that I didnt want any further products from them. Its obviously a big scam.
