The company offers a "free trial" for 15 days, and then they will send the product each month. However, the "free trial" starts on the day you order it, not when you receive the product, and if you want to cancel, you have to ship the product back first, or they start sending more.
The ads are very misleading, and the product is no different that those you can buy in any supermarket.
