Feb. 20th I ordered a free 30 day sample of Diet Patch for which I paid $4.95. March 3rd I had $89.95 placed on my cc acount. I called the company and said I didn't request this and only wanted the sample. The phone attendant said I had a 14 day trial which began the day I placed the order for which it did not arrive until February 27th. The company refused to return my money and I've contacted my bank to try and have this amount returned. I also had gotten the same time: Cololean which I suspect is probably from the same company. What a scam - what can I do?
