Alfred James Antonini II, Attorney, Hayward, CA was my neighbor and I trusted him to represent me in a case over my home. He then helped himself (stole) a good part of my settlement he got me into a tax scam that I didn't want or need. He billed me for $5000. of work he didn't do, didn't produce one page of work product and then he charged me above our agreed hourly rate. He operates using various aliases and two dozen companies in California, Texas and Nevada.
The son and father share some of the aliases to confuse people and computer systems. Alfred J. Antonini was named "Houston's Premier Slumlord" by a Houston councilwoman. He the filed a defamation suit and lost. Alfred J Antonini, Alva Antonini and a relative James G. Monaco were indicted on felony charges of extortion and bank fraud(check kitting $24 million). Antonini and Lomanaco p;ed guilty and served time in federal prison. A google search will turn up details and a long list of cases where they were sued.
Everything is IMO and documented on the internet.

A complaint with the Californin State Bar Association has been filed and is pending as of 2012. Note these complaints may take years to complete, but the complaint has been accepted for investigation.

Among the other scams involved this is false advertising as I was led to believe Antonini was trust worthy.
