I was given a gift certificate by employer. On Saturday at 12:30pm I called make an appointment. They said they had an opening at 1 or 1:30. I said, great I'll be right over. They said they needed a credit card to hold the appointment. What? it's a gift certificate. I said no. They suggested I come in but they can't old the appt. I arrived at 12:45pm. They said the appointment was taken. I said why do you need a credit card to make and appointment. That's there policy. In case you don't show up they charge the credit card. That's stupid, especially when I live right down the street. I left. I will never recommend them...
