internet loan company approved my loan but wants 4 payments up front

I didnt give them the money even though I desperately needed this loan. the loan agreement had continual errors that I had to bring to the loan persons attention. It was very simple agreement. they wanted 4 pays upfront 980.00 to secure the loan. when I got the money I was to tell them my banking info and then they would tell me who the lender was. We tried googling, director address search. Nothing comes for Victor and Company financial out of stamford ct. 1800-459-1060. Everytime we call and ask questions they put me hold and never return. We then asked for aden burnes the ceo and no one had ever heard of him.. My loan persons name is Tracey Spencer X301. I have very bad credit and a job that Ive only been at 2 months and they approved me for 14,000 at 8% aat 245.00 a month for 6 years. Sounds to good to be true. I had the borrow the money from my mom and thank God her boyfriend researched the company and found nothing which is a red flag.. No they didnt scam me but I have a feeling they would have.

This is very disheartening since Ii really need the money life or death situation.
