I was contacted by phone, this company claimed to have work orders for bank owned property.
I have been in the business for several years and I thought I had seen it all, but this one really got me. This Jackie Miller is good, and makes the service sound legit.
I know a background check only costs about 25.00 but I thought "what the hell" I'll give it a shot. My instincts said no, but my need for new business blurred my vision.
I'll participate in any efforts to stop this scam
