Clearwire Internet Service refused me twice to cancel my internet service, saying that I don't have an internet connectivity problem; just not able to access my emails. I had asked 5 service persons to help me to use my CORRECT passwords, but none of them helped me, over a week or so. I do not have a service contract with them.
I should not be compelled to stay with them. I cancelled my debit card (by phone) so that they can't keep using it. I DO NOT TRUST THEM! This is absolutely "unethical", if not corrupt.
How many companies are mandating that customers stay with them? This is intimidation and is a violation of a customer's right. Please look into this practice.
