I have learned that anything free or even as a gift has to be evaluated before acceptance. The statement of winning of $2,536,092.23 a prize or drawing is a highy suspect of fraud for me. I seldon signup for anything free and i never buy into any type of games of chance. This statement that i had been selected to receive this prize money is just too good to be true, especially when they ask for money up front. Under normal conditions they would hav been paid to process the awards by the sponcer. Don't fall for this.
